THE STORY SO FAR
We met at Latitude Festival in 2010, and the rest is history. From impulsive festival pop-ups to celebrated London restaurants and now back to our roots we’re curating chaos from ever‑changing stages.
We’ve traded fixed addresses for rooftop residencies, festival takeovers, and ghost‑kitchen delivery in five London zones.
Still the same wild chicken, edgy cocktails and free‑spirited energy just with more room to roam.
BIG LOVE — DAVID & CARL
1. ROCK LOBSTA
Our first! We decorated our mate's shop in Shoreditch with punk memorabilia, pumped out 80’s tunes and fed the crowds with fresh Lobster rolls.
2. GOD SAVE THE CLAM
Thousands of happy people bopping away on a rooftop in Hackney to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee weekend in collaboration with our mates at Pitt Cue Co. A sustainable British clam bake party like no other!
3. THE ENGLISH LAUNDRETTE
When 3* chef Thomas Keller's French Laundry rolled into town, we celebrated our own golden era of launderettes! Carl's whimsical take on a retro British menu complete with Dot Cotton lookalike waitresses and a wacky dessert trolley.
4. DISCO BISTRO
Our Disco Bistro was fun, tasty & rebellious. Spanning a multitude of events ranging from an iconic 6 month residency above a pub in St Pauls to a 7 week pop up at the hottest Roller Disco in town. It’s even where the Disco Wings were born.
5. CHICK’N’SOURS
Whizzing about on the back of David's scooter in 2015 we had a dream of opening up our own London restaurants serving our next level fried chicken and sour cocktails. We opened in Haggerston and Seven Dials, and recently closed both in June 2025.
6. CHIK’N
The good folk of LDN were crying out for somewhere serving quick, tasty fried chicken with house-made dips, hand made buns, cold beers & good vibes. It was our duty to oblige. Check it out @lovechikn
